Social work is a practice-based profession that promotes social change, development, cohesion and the empowerment of people and communities. Social work practice involves the understanding of human development, behavior and the social, economic and cultural institutions and interactions. Social work professionals working with families and institutions have helped to provide and advance the following social impacts: Civil Rights, Unemployment Insurance, Disability Pay, Workers’ Compensation, Reduced Mental Health Stigma, Medicaid and Medicare, Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention,

OurMission
Help Khidmat E Khalq Welfare Organization being non-political, non-governmental and non-profit organization is committed to serving humanity especially vulnerable and orphans to contribute in their well-being of health, education, financial sustainability, livelihood, shelter, availability of clean water, mosques, savage of disaster and other aspects of life. We also pay attention to the the welfare of our employees by means of resource mobilization and developing partnership with NGOs and other concerned public and private organisations. Our volunteers remain satisfied by providing their support and engaging in different useful programs and doing all such acts that are required to achieve our goal to help others with integrity.
Objectives
POVERTY
We are working to eradicate poverty, to bring prosperity and end unemployment from the masses on humanitarian bases by bringing governments, organizations and people together on one page for the cause of betterment and progress of human beings.
HEALTH & VACCINATION
When it comes to health the Long-standing primary causes of death include viral hepatitis, dengue, TB, malaria, typhoid, HIV, and cholera. These common health issues in Pakistan are a result of urban overpopulation, subpar sanitation, tainted water supplies, and insufficient socioeconomic conditions. Pakistan has one of the lowest rates of immunization among developed nations, with a 60% total vaccination rate. Additionally, even though polio has been eradicated from the rest of the world, Pakistan is still considered to have an endemic case of the illness. we are struggling to control all diseases and willing to work with all stake holders and word organization for the cause.
EDUCATION
Progress without education is just a dream and according to government sources about 50 % of children in the country are out of school due to non availability of funds and favorable environment. our mission is to educate people and children with modern age curriculum and standards of studies.

ENVIRONMENT & CLIMATE CHANGE
Environmental pollution & Climate change is one of the greatest threats world is facing in the 21st century. Pakistan ranks seventh when it comes to climate vulnerability index (German watch, 2015 ) Thereof youth is considered to be a relevant stakeholder of this project since their future is directly impacted by climate change. There is a need to encourage them to adopt climate friendly values and also act as an agent of change for implementation.
FOOD
An uncontrolled population is another challenge faced by Pakistan. The country is unable to cater to an increasing population, owing to its scarce resources and limited production. The cost of food in Pakistan increased 31.70 percent in September of 2022 over the same month in the previous year. The rise in the cost of food production is directly proportional to low affordability, which means that the poor would have limited access to quality food for healthy and active lifestyles. our mission is to adopt practical steps with all stake holders and government which will ensure sustainability in our agriculture which means more employment, a strong economy and a surplus for our population.
DISASTER MANAGEMENT
Disaster management is how we deal with the human, material, economic or environmental impacts of said disaster, it is the process of how we “prepare for, respond to and learn from the effects of major failures. in this field our organization provide support in affected areas & works on First Aid, Food Insecurity, Epidemics and Displaced Populations.
